provide you with the best experience possible. If you are not entirely satisfied with
your purchase, we're here to help.
Ticket Refunds:
- Tickets purchased online or at the box office are eligible for a refund if the show
is canceled by Rajhans Multiplex or if there is a significant change in the
showtime.
- Refunds for tickets purchased online will be issued back to the original payment
method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to
reflect in your account.
- For tickets purchased at the box office, refunds can be processed at the venue
during operational hours.
Food and Beverage Refunds:
- Food and beverage items purchased at Rajhans Multiplex are not eligible for refunds
unless the items are found to be defective or unfit for consumption.
- If you believe that the food or beverage you purchased is defective, please contact
a member of our staff immediately for assistance.
Merchandise Refunds:
- Merchandise purchased from our gift shop is eligible for a refund or exchange within
14 days of purchase, provided that the item is in its original condition and
accompanied by the original receipt.

Return Policy

Ticket Returns:

where the show is canceled by Rajhans Multiplex.
- If you are unable to attend a show for which you've purchased tickets, you may
exchange them for tickets to another show of equal or lesser value, subject to
availability. Please contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled showtime to
arrange an exchange.
Food and Beverage Returns:
- Food and beverage items purchased at Rajhans Multiplex are non-refundable. However,
if you encounter any issues with the quality or condition of your purchase, please
inform a staff member immediately for assistance.
Merchandise Returns:
- Merchandise purchased from our gift shop may be returned within 14 days of purchase
for a full refund or exchange, provided that the item is in its original condition
and accompanied by the original receipt.
